Thursday 23rd February is The Emperor's Birthday - how better to spend a national holdiay than with some comedy!


We are super excited to welcome one of biggest guests yet - and our first Edinburgh Comedy Festival award winner - the incredible comedian/actor/poet Tim Key!! You may know him from THIS TIME WITH ALAN PARTRIDGE, Peep Show, Inside Number 9 and much, much, much more! Tim will be performing a headline set, supported by some local acts. You will not be disappointed


Doors at 6pm; show starts at 7pm! It's a National Holiday this Thursday so plenty of time to enjoy!


Tim Key is an actor, writer and poet. At the start of his career, he won the 2009 Perrier Award at the Edinburgh Festival and has since gone onto write and perform eight solo shows. The most recent of which, MULBERRY was described by The Times as “The greatest stand-up response to Lockdown” with 125 shows performed in 2022 and a new 2023 UK tour (already sold out!).


On screen he is best known as Sidekick Simon in THIS TIME WITH ALAN PARTRIDGE and his leading role with Daisy May Cooper in WITCHFINDER, as well as The Double, Inside Number 9, Peep Show, Pls Like, Greed, and The End of the F***ing World. Most recently he played Commissioner Harrold Scott alongside Sam Rockwell and Saoirse Ronan in SEE HOW THEY RUN!
